Dharmendra's prayer meet will be held at Taj Lands End in Bandra

The Deol family announced the prayer meet through an invite poster on social media. The poster features a photo of Dharmendra from his early years and the accompanying text, "CELEBRATION OF LIFE. Dharmendra 8 December 1935 - 24 November 2025, November 27, 2025, 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm (Dharmendra's prayer meet at Taj Lands End in Bandra). Seaside Lawns, Taj Lands End, Bandra, Mumbai." According to media reports, singer Sonu Nigam is expected to sing some of Dharmendra's popular songs at the gathering.

Dharmendra was battling age-related ailments (Dharmendra Death Reason)

Dharmendra passed away on Monday, November 24, at the age of 89. The actor had been battling age-related ailments and was admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital for more than 10 days earlier this month, after which he was shifted back to his Juhu bungalow, where he spent his final days under medical care.

Many stars attended Dharmendra's funeral

Dharmendra's family members and film industry colleagues visited his home and crematorium to pay their last respects. Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol performed their father's last rites at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Vile Parle, while Hema Malini appeared before the media with folded hands. Some of the biggest names in the film industry, including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Allu Arvind, and many others, attended the funeral.
