In fact, according to Jio Studios,  " Dhurandhar " collected ₹20.40 crore on its 19th day of release, bringing its total domestic box office collection to ₹619.3 crore. Its worldwide gross has placed Dhurandhar at the 9th spot with an impressive ₹925.28 crore, surpassing Animal at the 10th spot with ₹917.82 crore.

When did the shooting of Dhurandhar start?

The shooting of "Dhurandhar" spanned several months and various locations. The film began with the first schedule in Bangkok in July 2024, after which the team moved to the Golden Temple in Amritsar in November 2024. Filming continued at Filmistan Studios in Mumbai in February 2025, with another schedule completed in Mud Island by the end of April 2025. In May 2025, extensive action scenes were shot on the Dombivili-Mankoli Bridge. A dance number was filmed at the Golden Tobacco Factory in Vile Parle in July 2025. Several scenes set in Pakistan were recreated in Thailand and Khera village in Ludhiana, Punjab. The team arrived in Ladakh in August 2025, but shooting had to be halted when over a hundred crew members fell ill with food poisoning. Subsequently, key scenes were filmed in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, in September 2025. Ranveer Singh finally completed his part in October 2025 and the entire shoot of the film was also completed in the same month.

The makers confirmed the release date of the film's sequel in the post-credits scene of Dhurandhar. Dhurandhar 2 will release in theaters on March 19, 2026, and will clash with Yash's Toxic and the Hindi film Dhamaal 4.
