This fan named Maninder Singh Sokhi took to X on Thursday and wrote, "@diljitdosanjh Bhaaji I wanted your show to happen in Kolkata for many years, but now that it is happening I could not get tickets as they got sold out in a minute. Please get me 2 tickets for your concert in Kolkata on November 30". Not only this, while responding to the tweet made by the fan, Diljit Dosanjh simply wrote, "Done Maninder."

Diljit Dosanjh received a legal notice

Let us tell you that Diljit Dosanjh's Hyderabad concert is part of his Dil-Luminati tour in 10 cities across India. Based on the representation of a Chandigarh resident, the notice has been issued by the District Welfare Officer of the Department of Women and Child, Disabled and Senior Citizen Welfare in Rangareddy. Diljit Dosanjh has been issued a notice asking him not to sing songs in this program that promote alcohol, drugs or violence. The notice also warns Dosanjh not to "use children" during his show. It further states that loud sounds and flashing lights during the concert are harmful to children.

After this, Diljit Dosanjh challenged the government and said, "I will not even sing those songs. It is easy for me to make changes in the songs, brother. Also, I do not drink alcohol myself. Bollywood celebrities promote alcohol in advertisements, but I don't. Don't tease me. I quietly do my program and leave. Let's start a movement - if all the states ban alcohol completely, I will never sing a song on alcohol in my entire life. Is it possible? During Covid, everything was closed except liquor shops. You cannot fool the youth. If not completely banned, then at least declare a dry day in your state on the day of my performance and I will not sing any song related to alcohol".

Diljit Dosanjh's Dil-Luminati Tour

Diljit kicked off the India leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour 2024 in New Delhi, months after he entertained fans across the world in countries like the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands. He also performed in Jaipur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Pune. The singer will now be seen in his show in Kolkata. The grand finale of his India tour will take place in Guwahati on December 29.
