Let us tell you that after visiting Kashi Vishwanath temple, he got photographed on the premises, due to which legal action seems to be tightening against him. Case registered against Elvish Yadav Let us tell you that Elvish Yadav reached Kashi Vishwanath temple in Banaras after attending the ED office in Lucknow. Taking photographs in the premises here is strictly prohibited. Despite this, Elvish clicked photos there. After which Varanasi Session Court lawyer Prateek Kumar Singh has filed this complaint against the YouTuber. Prateek Kumar Singh said in his complaint, "Despite the prohibition of mobile phones in the temple, he took pictures with a mobile phone. We have given an application to the Joint Commissioner of Police in this matter and have ordered to register an immediate case against him". Elvish Yadav had reached the ED office This is not the first time Elvish Yadav has been caught in a legal mess. The YouTuber is also under investigation in the Noida snake venom case. Earlier this week, Yadav also appeared at the ED office in Lucknow in connection with this case. Upon reaching the ED office, Elvish Yadav said that he will clarify the situation after meeting ED officials. Talking about this, Elvish Yadav said, "I have submitted what was asked for, they will tell me more about it. I cannot repeat the same thing again and again. I was in the UK. They called me only once". The court sent him to judicial custody for 14 days. Police said that a case was registered under the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and criminal conspiracy under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code. A week later, Elvish Yadav got bail on a bail bond of Rs 50,000. Talking about this, his lawyer Prashant Rathi told the media, "Our argument in this case was that he was falsely accused and no substance was found from him or his friends which violates the NDPS Act. The court has granted bail to Elvish Yadav and his two friends on two sureties of Rs 50,000".
