Let us tell you that on June 17, i.e. four days before Yoga Day, Prime Minister Modi shared a video on his X handle, which explained how Bhadrasana should be done. The animated clip also explained that regular practice of Bhadrasana can relieve joint pain. He wrote, "Bhadrasana is good for strengthening joints and reducing knee pain. It is also good for the stomach".
