Let us tell you that on August 9, 2024, Hina Khan shared a video of herself going to the gym in heavy rain on Instagram. Along with the video, she also wrote an inspirational message, she wrote, "What is your excuse? Exercise or any kind of physical activity is necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But when someone is going through an illness, it becomes even more important and effective. Regular exercise not only makes you feel physically strong but it also nourishes your mental health. And having a healthy mind is obviously inevitable".
Hina Khan's feet get numb during workouts
With this Hina Khan further said, "During chemo treatment, I suffer from severe neuropathic pain due to which my legs and feet become numb most of the time. Sometimes while exercising I lose control of my legs and fall due to numbness but I just focus on getting up. I will not let the fall define me. I will be defined by the strength I show to get up every time. Every time it seems that I cannot get up and work, I work harder. Because what else do I have except my strength, my spirit, and my willpower... So, what is your excuse?"
Hina Khan shared the news of breast cancer in June
In June, Hina Khan had talked about her health through an Instagram post. She wrote, "Hello everyone, addressing the recent rumors, I would like to share some important news with all the Hinaholics and all those who love and care about me. I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to assure everyone that I am fine. I am strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has started and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger".
