Directed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, the film tells the inspiring true story of India's youngest Param Vir Chakra winner, Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, who displayed extraordinary courage during the 1971 Indo-Pak War. Twenty-One stars Dharmendra as Arun Khetarpal's father, and Jaideep Ahlawat as an army officer. Agastya Nanda will play Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal.
