After which Maharashtra Cyber ​​Cell sent a second summons to Samay Raina on 17 March. In which it was said that he has to appear before the investigating officers on 19 March. But the comedian did not appear in court even on 19 March. Now the third summons has been sent to Samay Raina.

A case was registered in Bandra Magistrate Court on Tuesday against YouTuber-podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia, Samay Raina, Ashish Chanchlani, Apoorv Makhija and other accused for making obscene comments on parents.
