Many representatives of the Christian community have expressed deep displeasure, saying that the film's depiction has hurt their religious sentiments and desecrated the sacred place of the church platform. A video also shows protesters raising slogans of 'Randeep Hooda Murdabad'.

The community gave a 48-hour ultimatum

Let us tell you that the Christian community had initially planned to protest outside the theaters showing the film 'Jaat', but police intervention stopped the protests. Instead, representatives of the Christian community have submitted a memorandum to the Joint Commissioner, demanding a ban on the screening of the film in theaters and legal action against the cast and crew for allegedly hurting their religious sentiments. The community has given a 48-hour ultimatum and warned that if no action is taken, they will protest.
