Jaat Release: Randeep Hooda on Sunny Deol, Says ‘His 2.5 Kg Hand is Only On-Screen’

Randeep Hooda on Sunny Deol: Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda are all set to create a stir with the film 'Jaat'. Both the stars will be seen sharing the screen for the first time in the film. Less than 24 hours are left for the film's release. Randeep Hooda talked about his relationship with Sunny Deol and his experience of working with him. 

Randeep Hooda shares his thoughts on working with Sunny Deol

Actually, during a conversation, Randeep Hooda said, "It was a lot of fun working with him. He is very soft-spoken. That 2.5 kilo hand is only seen on the screen. He is a very simple person. He told me how Gadar 1 shut down his shop and Gadar 2 reopened it. I can't even imagine what he must have had to endure in these 20-25 years. He has done that". Randeep Hooda is playing the main villain in the film Jaat.

During the conversation, Randeep Hooda was asked if Sunny Deol hurt him during the shooting of 'Jaat'. Responding to this, the actor said, "No, he is an expert in action. In fact, I used to get scared while doing fight scenes with him, so he used to tell me to hit him properly on the face. I enjoyed working with him".

Randeep Hooda does not use any social media app

Not only this, Randeep Hooda revealed that he does not have any social media apps in his phone because he does not trust them. The actor said, "I thought if people know less about my personal life, they will trust me more. But times are changing. How you connect with people is also changing. Even after the advent of social media, things have changed. You make fish faces and take selfies to post online. Where will you hide from whom? You share everything on social media. You need to change with time. However, I would like to go back to the time when I was away from social media. It is very addictive. When I was directing Savarkar, I took a small Nokia phone so that it did not have WhatsApp or anything. Life was simple. Many people were cut off from life and I realized the value of so many people. I took back my smartphone and deleted all social media apps".

The film 'Jaat' will be released on April 10

Let us tell you that 'Jaat' is directed by Gopichand Malineni. The film stars Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda along with Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Ramya Krishnan, Jagapathi Babu and others in supporting roles. The action choreography is done by Anal Arasu, Ram Lakshman and Venkat, which gives a visual feast of thrilling war. The film has a soundtrack composed by Thaman S and Rishi Punjabi is behind the lens as the director of photography. Editing is done by Naveen Nooli, while Avinash Kola's production design will take the audience to the heart of the entertaining world of the film. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory, the film will be released on April 10 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
