According to the early trend report of Sakanilk, 'Devra Part 1' has collected 40.3 crores on the third day of its release i.e. Sunday. In this, the film has collected 27.65 crores in Telugu, 11 crores in Hindi, 35 lakhs in Kannada, 1.05 crores in Tamil, and 25 lakhs in Malayalam.

The story of the film 'Devra Part 1' is set in the year 1996. The film begins with a meeting of top policemen, Home Minister and RAW chief in Mumbai. The country is hosting the Cricket World Cup. The intelligence agency suspects that gangster brothers Daya and Yeti are planning to cause some major disturbance in it. Based on the information, the police reaches Ratnagiri village located on the border of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in search of them. In the film, Junior NTR is seen in a dual role as Devra and Vara. Saif Ali Khan is seen in the role of Bhaira.
