Actually, Kangana Ranaut re-posted a clip from her popular project Pakeezah on Instagram Stories. Sharing the video, Kangana Ranaut wrote her thoughts remembering the legacy of Meena Kumari. Kangana Ranaut posted a story on Instagram and wrote, "I have not seen much of Meena ji's work, but I have read a lot and she was very famous for her work. This thrilling change from sadness to hysterical laughter and then to despair is beyond the supreme. Obviously, in her days no one dared to say this to any other actress, the media and the film industry said that they are all actresses, there is one actress and she is Meena Kumari".

Let us tell you that Meena Kumari is called the "tragedy queen" of Bollywood because she has played immortal and popular roles of victims of injustice, silent and long-suffering women. Due to the constant financial crisis in the family, Meena had to act as a child artist. She was four years old when she started acting. Her first role was in Vijay Bhatt's Leatherface, which was released in 1939. She also worked in mythological-themed films like Veer Ghatotkach (1949), Shri Ganesh Mahima (1950), Lakshmi Narayana (1951), Hanuman Patal Vijay (1951) and Aladdin and the Magic Chirag (1952). At the same time, she died of liver cirrhosis in 1972 at the young age of 38.
