Khauf Trailer Out: Bigg Boss 18 contestant Chum Darang's new web series 'Khauf' has been in the news for a long time. Along with Chum, Rajat Kapoor, Monika Panwar will also be seen in the lead roles in the series. Let us tell you that the trailer of 'Khauff' begins with the introduction of Madhuri, a small town girl looking for a place to stay within her budget. And when she finds a place, the real horror mystery begins. As the trailer progresses, it becomes clear that there is an evil force lurking within the walls of the hostel. The women living on her floor ask her to go out, yet no one dares to step out. What initially seems like a safe haven soon turns into a horrifying nightmare.

The director shared his thoughts about the series

Director Surya Balakrishnan shared his thoughts about the series 'Khauff' and said, "Khauff is a story about fear in its purest form - fear of the unknown and the fear of losing control. Every frame, every sound, every silence has been crafted to immerse the audience in Madhu's painful journey. Matchbox Shot's unwavering belief in true storytelling helped us make Khauff exactly what we envisioned - raw, immersive and completely real. We are thrilled to collaborate with Prime Video and have the opportunity to bring our passion project to life".

Talking about her role, actor Monica Panwar shared, “Playing Madhu has been an interesting and intense experience, which gave me a wide range of emotions and challenges. She is a character who slowly unravels herself while facing the unspeakable horrors around her, and capturing that fear was a challenging and rewarding experience.

'Khauff' is produced by Matchbox Shots, written and created by Smita Singh. The series also stars Monica Panwar, Rajat Kapoor, Abhishek Chauhan, Geetanjali Kulkarni and Shilpa Shukla, Shalini Vats, Gagan Arora and Satyam Sharma. Khauff will premiere on April 18 exclusively on Prime Video in India and in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
