Madhur Bhandarkar Updates Mithun Chakraborty's Health from Shastri Set

Legendary actor Mithun Chakraborty had to be hospitalized a few days ago due to an ischemic cerebrovascular accident (stroke). Mithun was discharged from the hospital on 12 February. As soon as he became fit, Mithun returned to work.

After being discharged from the hospital, Mithun da reached the sets of the film Shastri.

Let us tell you that director and producer Madhur Bhandarkar shared a video from the set of the film 'Shastri' where he is shooting for Mithun. The affection between the two is visible in this video. We have to give credit to Mithun's professionalism who even at this age returned to work within a few days of being discharged from the hospital.

In the video, Bhandarkar says, "I am here in Kolkata, on the sets of 'Shastri'. I am here with the great Mithun Chakraborty aka Mithun Da."

Mithun Chakraborty praises Bhandarkar and says, "I have known this man since his childhood. He used to give cassettes to my house. My wife used to call him and say, "Madhur, I want his cassette." And he would bring it. Now see, this man is a five-time National Award winner today. This happens only when your dream comes true. I always say that the dream should come true."

Bhandarkar says, "I have been a big fan of Mithun da. I have been a fan of Mithun da since the time of films like 'Mrigaya', 'Suraksha', 'Saahas', and 'Vardaat'. He was a person who used to give good payment and also used to pay on time and sometimes even got advance from his house. In the film line, sometimes we don't even get money, but it was never like this with Mithun da. I still remember. There were fifteen dogs in your house."

"All this is fine but you have not given me the cassette yet, I will take it later." Mithun da

"Anytime, you know I give you cassettes of every picture. My dream was to work with Mithun da someday."

Both of them ended the video with Mithun da's favorite dialogue 'Koi Shaak'.
