Famous Indian actress Neha Dhupia shared her success story of losing 23 kg after giving birth to her son Gurik. She came forward to share her story about how she got her slim shape back . Dhupia's recent slim pictures explain this to a great extent. She is a mother of two children and yet, she has successfully lost the extra weight she gained after each pregnancy.

Neha's transformation is not only an example of how hardworking she is, but also an attractive message for all those who struggle with obesity after delivery. Right now Neha is preparing for her comeback on the silver screen and is acting in the much talked about film, 'Bad News.' 

Sharing her thoughts, Neha said, “Motherhood is indeed a beautiful phase in a woman's life, however, this phase comes with many other struggles after giving birth to a child, including weight gain. But I felt it was important to set the example, not only for the world, but for myself and my children, that with consistency and determination, any woman can get back that beautiful slim body, even after delivery. To be honest, while being pregnant, I did not focus on postpartum body changes, rather I focused on my health and well-being. But after childbirth I committed myself to a healthy lifestyle and after losing 23 kg, I am on my way to achieving my target size with a balanced diet. I hope my story helps other women

This is really incredible. During the interview with Neha she said that she focused on structured exercise and diet routines. 
Neha, who is all set to grace the big screen with her next production "Bad News", reiterated the fact that post each delivery, she has been breastfeeding her babies for a year as it helps her lose the extra weight the right way. It has been a natural process to help loose weight . Neha is working on her fitness and has reduced her weight by about 23 kg.

Of course, Dhupia's weight kept changing for four years after her first pregnancy and it was only after a continuous process of weight loss that she reached this curvy look. This is an encouragement to many mothers who face the challenge of losing weight after delivery, Dhupia's experience is a shining example that despite all the difficulties, it is possible to achieve fitness with some concerted efforts, balanced diet, regular workout.  Neha also said that although she did not follow any high strict keto diet nor did any intense, rigorous heavy workouts, but just followed a balanced simple diet and normal workouts and running, brisk walking exercises.

Neha Dhupia is a perfect example of getting into shape after childbirth and the passion one must have to work on it is visible in her. She is an inspirational figure for other new mothers.

Her soon-to-be-released film "Bad News" is much awaited. Looking at Dhupia's continuous efforts, it can easily be said that anyone can regain their fitness levels even after pregnancy.
