Actually, on April 5, 2024, Noida Police filed a charge sheet against a total of 8 people including Elvish Yadav. In this charge sheet, the YouTuber's connection with snake charmers has also been mentioned.

The charge sheet will be presented in court

Let us tell you that Noida Police has filed a 1200-page charge sheet in the court against 8 people including Elvish Yadav. The charge sheet has recorded statements from 24 witnesses against Elvish and others involved in organizing the rave party and supplying snake venom. Noida Police has said in the charge sheet that Elvish had contact with all the snake charmers sent to jail. Now Noida Police will present this charge sheet in court.

Elvish went to jail due to snake venom case

For your information, let us tell you that Elvish Yadav was arrested on March 17 in connection with the snake venom case. According to the police report, a case was registered against Elvish under the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, and criminal conspiracy under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code. However, Yadav got bail after a week on a bail bond of Rs 50,000. After getting bail, the YouTuber along with his friends also went to visit Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai.
