What is the story of O Romeo?
Ustara is a womanizing gangster who secretly works for Intelligence Officer Khan to eliminate those with terror links. After killing underworld don Jalal's brother, he turns to him for protection. He has a visitor, Afsha, who wants him to kill four people, including Jalal. Ustara doesn't take him seriously and begs him to back down, but he's in no mood. Flashbacks reveal that Afsha's husband, Mehboob, handled the account of Jalal's death in a fake encounter by Pathare, while Santosh and Ansari supported him. Ustara rescues Afsha when Ansari attempts to attack her and begins to train her, eventually falling in love with her. And Afsha saves Ustara when Jalal's men attack her in Nepal. Ustara and Jalal were once close, but now Jalal wants to kill her. But first, he wants to know why she killed her brother.
