First day of Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj's Bhagwat Katha

Presence of Sukhwinder Singh, Shekhar Suman on the first day of Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj's Bhagwat Katha organized by Smita Thackeray.

Bhagwat Katha Week has got off to a great start today at Mukti Cultural Hub located in Model Town, Andheri, and Mumbai by social worker and film producer Smita Thackeray. Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj narrated the Bhagwat story here in an interesting manner and easy language. It will be organized from 2 pm to 6 pm from December 3, 2023 to December 9. 'Jai Ho' fame singer Sukhwinder Singh gave an unmatched performance on the first day of the seven-day Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Mahotsav. He made everyone devotional by singing Krishna bhajans. Smita Thackeray felicitated Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj, Sukhwinder Singh, and Shekhar Suman.

Smita Thackeray has been engaged in social work

Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj threw light on the importance of Sanatan Dharma and its history in a language and style understandable to all. Smita Thackeray, daughter-in-law of Balasaheb Thackeray, has been running an NGO named Mukti Foundation for the last 25 years. Smita Thackeray has been engaged in social work for decades under the Mukti Foundation. She runs a campaign against drugs. Her foundation is continuously working in the field of women empowerment and child welfare as well as art and culture.

Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Week of Shri Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj who came from Vrindavan is going to be very inspiring. Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj said that if you all sit with a resolution for these 7 days, your dreams will be fulfilled after these seven days because Krishna Ji does not have to speak, he just listens.

Smita Thackeray: Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj that he accepted me

Smita Thackeray said that Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj Ji is welcome. We all have paid obeisance to the Guru but it is a big thing to believe in the Guru or to adopt the Guru's word in our life. After getting the guidance of Guru Ji, there have been many good changes in our lives. This is the grace of Krishna, by sitting near Guruji and listening to his thoughts, a person becomes devotional. Listening to their stories is a different experience. I think it is very important to have a Guru in life. Gurus have a direct connection with God, hence we can talk to our Guru regarding the problems related to life. I thank Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj that he accepted me as his disciple. Shrimad Bhagwat Katha is being organized for the first time in Maharashtra. I want to turn this into a campaign.
