Rakesh Roshan Recall Rishi Kapoor: The late Rishi Kapoor had a deep bond with filmmaker and actor Rakesh Roshan. The two first met on the sets of 'Khel Khel Mein' (1975), a musical thriller that also starred Neetu Kapoor. At the same time, the friendship of Rishi Kapoor and Rakesh Roshan grew stronger. They worked together in many films including 'Jhootha Kahin Ka' (1979) and Aap Ke Deewane (1980). Rishi Kapoor had a great acting career before his death. Meanwhile, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, while talking about Rishi Kapoor, revealed that the late actor used to feel "a little dissatisfied".

In fact, while talking about Rishi Kapoor, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan revealed that the late actor used to feel "a little dissatisfied". Rakesh Roshan shared that, "He did amazing work before leaving us. All his last films were amazing. He did different types of roles and he was very happy. You won't believe it. He used to call me and say, 'Today I have signed this picture'".

Continuing his talk, the filmmaker shared, "In that, I am also going bald, I am becoming an 80-year-old man. Every day I have to do makeup for 4 hours, 5 hours. In between, yes, he got a little bored. He used to say, 'Yaar, I am doing the same thing, the same role, the same thing. He was a little dissatisfied with his career'."

For your information, let us tell you that Rishi Kapoor's last film 'Sharmaji Namkeen' (2022) was released after his death. Since he could not complete the filming, veteran actor Paresh Rawal took up the responsibility of completing his remaining part. Rishi Kapoor died on April 30, 2020 at the age of 67 after battling leukemia.

On the work front, Rakesh Roshan is officially stepping down from the director's chair for Krrish 4. Amid rumours about who will direct the fourth instalment of the iconic superhero franchise, Roshan has spoken up and confirmed that it's time to hand over the reins to someone else. In an interview, Rakesh Roshan addressed the speculation and acknowledged the inevitable change. He said, "The day is bound to come when I have to hand over the reins to someone else. It's better that I do it when I'm in my senses, so that I can see the process and figure out if it's being done correctly. Tomorrow, if I'm not in my senses and I have to hand it over to someone else, I won't know what they're making."
