Kartik Aaryan is currently preparing for the release of Chandu Champion. After the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, T-Series head Bhushan Kumar gave a luxurious McLaren GT car worth Rs 4.72 crore as a surprise gift to lead star Kartik Aaryan. Meanwhile, now Kartik has revealed that rats had entered his car and he had to spend lakhs to get it fixed.
Karthik had to spend lakhs to get the McLaren GT car repaired
Actually, in an interview, Karthik Aryan said that he is unable to drive his McLaren car because rats have chewed the car mat. He said, "I drive my second car. I have driven McLaren very rarely. This car was parked in the garage for a long time, so rats chewed the mat due to which I suffered a lot of loss. I had to spend lakhs of rupees to get the mat repaired."
Karthik spoke about Sajid Nadiadwala
Recently Kartik Aaryan spoke about his collaboration with producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who is not only the producer of Chandu Champion but also the producer of the actor's last mega-hit Satya Prem Ki Katha. Praising producer Sajid Nadiadwala, Kartik Aaryan said, "So I had a great opportunity to work with him during Satyaprem Ki Katha and so I really enjoyed that journey and so now this will be our second collaboration and I hope this too becomes a successful story like Satyaprem Ki Katha. You know he is supporting this film like his own child and that's what I like about him."
Chandu Champion will be released on June 14
Kartik Aaryan's Chandu Champion is based on the life of a sportsperson named Murlikant Petkar. Directed by Kabir Khan, this is the first time Kartik Aaryan is collaborating with the filmmaker. The film is jointly produced by Sajid Nadiadwala's banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on June 14.
