She even sent names of a few stars who could replace her, but the director duo refused to accept her suggestion. Talking about this, Samantha Ruth Prabhu said, "I begged them to go ahead because I really didn't think I could do it. I was really sure I couldn't. I sent other recommendations. 'Look at this heroine. She is so amazing. She will do wonders. I beg you I can't do this. I sent them four options. I was really not okay."
