Shah Rukh Khan gave this advice to youngsters

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has a huge fan following not only in India but all over the world. Recently, Shah Rukh Khan attended the Global Freight Summit in Dubai, during which he talked about his career, failures, and much more.

Shahrukh shared his thoughts about small youngsters

Actually, during his conversation, Shah Rukh Khan shared, “To be honest, I would not give advice to my younger self. I have a son who is 27 years old, a daughter who is 23 and a half years old, and another son who is 11 years old. So when I talk with them I realize that many of the decisions I took when I was 25-26, when I was 25-26, I would not take, I would not take, I would not take, I would not take them now if I looked at it through the lens of my experience. And maybe if I had not taken it, I would not have reached where I have reached. I think there would be no advice I would give to my younger self”.

Shah Rukh further added, "I still want to be - sorry this is politically incorrect - brash, overconfident, arrogant and extremely silly and stupid, but also extremely horrifying. So I guess I won't be able to give any advice to my younger self. Maybe a better hairstyle? Better fitting suits. In the 90s, my suits used to suck."

Furthermore, Shah Rukh Khan was asked about his habits and practices that help him stay focused. Responding to this, he said that he believes that one's focus should be on his core competence. He said, "My core competence is, I think, being able to do a little bit of work. I don't know if I can act well or not, but can do a little bit of work. I am trying to improve my technique and my craft in that. And the focus can shift, but you need to find another focal point within that focus. But that core competence should continue." Shah Rukh explained how in his early years his focus was to earn some money, but he was clear that he wanted to do it through acting.

Shahrukh Khan will be seen in King

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is now gearing up for his next film King. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the film also stars Suhana Khan in a parallel lead role. Reportedly, the actor will play a mafia kingpin in the film and Suhana will play his disciple. Munjya fame Abhay Verma is also in the lead role and Abhishek Bachchan will play the villain.
