PM Modi’s Vantara: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and visited the wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation center Vantara in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The center has more than 2,000 species and more than 1.5 lakh rescued, endangered animals. At the same time, actor Shah Rukh Khan praised Anant Ambani's Vantara after Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted pictures of his recent visit to the Jamnagar Wildlife Center.

While sharing a picture of Vantara on Instagram, PM Modi wrote, "At Vantara I saw an elephant who was a victim of an acid attack. The elephant was being treated with great care. There were other elephants who had been blinded, ironically, by their mahouts. Another elephant was hit by a speeding truck. This highlights an important question - how can people be so careless and cruel? Let us end such irresponsibility and focus on being kind to animals."
Prime Minister Modi praised Vantara
Earlier, Modi said in a post on X, "Inaugurated Vantara, a unique wildlife conservation, rescue and rehabilitation initiative that provides a safe haven for animals while promoting ecological sustainability and wildlife welfare. I commend Anant Ambani and his entire team for this very compassionate effort". Sharing pictures of his visit, he said, "An effort like Vantara is truly commendable, it is a living example of our age-old ethos of protecting those with whom we share our planet".
Vanatara is a center dedicated to the welfare of wildlife
Spread over an area of about 3,000 acres, Vantara is located in the Jamnagar refinery complex of Reliance Industries. It is a rescue center dedicated to the welfare of elephants and wildlife. It provides rehabilitation, treatment, and medical care to animals rescued from abuse and exploitation.
