Vikrant Massey gave this statement

Speaking to the media, Vikrant Massey said, "This is a historic third term... I am looking forward to the next 5 years with the NDA government... The government has worked in the last 10 years. I have seen the change... India is a big country and change does not happen overnight, it takes time".

Rajinikanth said this about the swearing-in ceremony 

Rajinikanth also arrived at the venue dressed in white. Before leaving for Delhi, he told the press, "I am going to attend the swearing-in ceremony. This is a very historic event. Taking office for the third consecutive time is a great achievement for Narendra Modi, my heartiest congratulations to him. People have chosen a strong opposition which is a healthy sign for democracy".

More than 8,000 guests from various fields attended the ceremony held in the courtyard of Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi. This swearing-in occurred after the NDA won a majority in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections.
