No individual or platform has the right to exploit her reputation for illegal commercial gain, and we will ensure that her personality rights are strictly enforced. We have approached the Bombay High Court to prevent such misuse and protect her identity from being commodified.”

The High Court has protected several celebrity personality rights, including Amitabh Bachchan's baritone voice, Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff's distinctive "style," Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan's photographs, and Rajinikanth's name.
