While posting, he wrote, "Even when the noise subsides, their vigilance remains. The Indian Armed Forces lead with patience, decency and unwavering resolve. Always with deep respect and gratitude. Jai Hind". Let us tell you that Siddharth Malhotra played the role of Kargil war hero, Captain Vikram Batra, in the streaming film 'Sher Shah', in which he shared the screen with his wife and actress Kiara Advani.
India-Pakistan dispute
India launched Operation Sindoor on the morning of 7 May, when it carried out precision strikes in Pakistani territory notorious for harboring terrorism. Attacks were carried out at 9 places in Pakistan and major terrorist infrastructure was targeted, killing about 100 terrorists. A ceasefire was declared. However, India has not explicitly called it a ceasefire and has only stopped firing.

Along with this, in view of the increasing tension between India and Pakistan, a ban has been implemented to prevent Pakistani artists from participating in the Indian entertainment sector. As part of this move, pictures of prominent Pakistani celebrities like Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan have been removed from posters and music album covers on various streaming platforms. The advisory issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting said, "In the interest of national security, all OTT platforms, media streaming platforms and intermediaries operating in India are advised to stop web-series, films, songs, podcasts and other streaming media content with immediate effect, whether available on a subscription-based model or otherwise, which has its origin in Pakistan".
Sidharth Malhotra Upcoming Projects
Meanwhile, talking about upcoming projects, Sidharth Malhotra will next be seen in director Tushar Jalota's romantic comedy, Param Sundari. The film is the actor's first collaboration with Janhvi Kapoor. It is set for a theatrical release on July 25, 2025. Apart from this, the actor is being considered for Ramesh Taurani's Race 4. He will be seen alongside Saif Ali Khan. The actor is also a part of Raj Shandilya's next project. Sidharth Malhotra also has the folk thriller, Van-Force of the Forest (Sidharth Malhotra Film Vvan-Force of the Forest).
