This is the whole process. Now where do the ideas come from, and why do they come? Can any poet tell? Everyone lies that I roam in gardens and get inspiration".

Gulzar Sahab has been awarded 20 Filmfare and 5 National Awards. He also received the Grammy Award in 2010 for the song 'Jai Ho' from the film 'Slumdog Millionaire'. In view of his contribution to Indian cinema, he was awarded the country's third-highest civilian award Padma Bhushan in 2004. In the year 2013, he has also been awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
