He was also seen groaning in pain while his team was trying to help him. In the video, the singer was also seen getting down from the stage with the help of other people. He tried to reduce his pain. This problem, which started just before his show, did not reduce his enthusiasm. Sonu was seen dancing in the clip while performing.

In the video, Sonu Nigam said, "One of the toughest days of my life, but very satisfying. I was singing and moving, so I started getting cramps, but I somehow managed it. I never want to do or give less than people expect. I am happy that everything went well. But it was a terrible, terrible pain. It felt like a needle was stuck in my spine. A little movement here and there and the needle would enter the spine. It was like that. Really bad." Sharing the clip, Sonu wrote in the caption, "Saraswati ji held my hand last night".
