Let us tell you that the 87-second promo video of Manoj Bajpayee's film Dispatch begins with the window panes breaking in Joy's apartment while he is sharing a drink with someone. Shocked, he moves to a corner, only to find that large stones are being thrown at his windows. Moments later, a call from a private number warns him: "Pack your stuff and go home. Now!" Undeterred by the threat, Joy remains determined and continues his search for the truth.
The teaser of the film depicts personal challenges
As the teaser progresses, it shows not only the dangers that Joy faces in his professional life but also the personal challenges that befall him. The stakes are further raised when it is revealed that his latest news revolves around a Rs 8,000 crore scam, which promises a thrilling story. A powerful man sarcastically says, "Joy sir, so many cases will be foisted on you that it will take you seven generations and 150 years to fight them." However, Joy responds with utmost confidence, "Once the story is revealed..." before the teaser ends with his sinister laughter.
The film Dispatch will release on ZEE5 on December 13
Written by Ishani Banerjee and Kanu Behl, Dispatch is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and presented by RSVP Movies. The cinematography of the film is handled by Siddharth Diwan and it is edited by Samarth Dixit. Dispatch will premiere on ZEE5 on December 13.
