The title track of Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina's film Jigra is out

Jigra has received a U/A certificate

Let us tell you, according to the CBFC website, Jigra has been given U/A certification. Not only this, the runtime of the film has also been revealed. The runtime of the film is 155 minutes. This means that the duration of the film is 2 hours and 35 minutes.

Vedang Raina spoke about working with Alia

Vedang Raina shared his experience of working with Alia Bhatt in the film Jigra and said, "We have different approaches when it comes to acting and I have learned a lot from her. I was just amazed at how she was approaching things and with such determination. I shot my first scene with her and I immediately realized why she was where she was. Even when I was not shooting, I would go to the set and see what she was doing".

Jigra will release on October 11 

Jigra stars Alia Bhatt and Vedang as siblings. Alia plays a young woman, Satya Anand, who struggles to save her brother Ankur Anand, who is being tortured while imprisoned in a foreign prison. Satya vows to get Ankur out of jail after he is sentenced to death. Directed by Vasan Bala, written by Bala and Debashish Irengbam, Jigra stars Alia Bhatt, Vedang Raina and Aditya Nanda in the lead roles. It is jointly produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Alia Bhatt's Eternal Sunshine Productions. Jigra is set to release in theatres on October 11, 2024.
