TMKOC's Dilip Joshi had a fight with Asit Modi on the set?

The small screen show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is once again in the headlines. Some media reports have claimed that there has been a big fight between the show's lead actor Dilip Joshi and the show's producer Asit Kumar Modi on the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Now Dilip Joshi has broken his silence after reports claimed that he had a heated fight with Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah producer Asit Modi. Dilip issued a statement calling these reports "completely false".

What did Dilip say about the rumors of a fight with Asit?

Actually, in his latest interview Dilip Joshi said, "I just want to clear everything about all these rumours. There are some stories in the media about me and Asit bhai which are completely false and I am really sad to hear such things. It is disappointing to see negativity spread about something that has given so much happiness to so many people for so many years. Every time such rumours come out, it seems like we are constantly explaining that they are completely false. It is tiring and frustrating because it is not just about us. It is about all the fans who love the show and get upset after reading such things".

Dilip Joshi further added, "Earlier, there were rumours of me quitting the show, which are completely false and now, it seems like every few weeks, there is a new story coming out to defame Asit bhai and the show. It is disappointing to see such things coming out again and again, and sometimes, I can't stop myself from wondering if some people are jealous of the show's continued success. I don't know who is behind spreading these stories, but I want to say it clearly. I am here, I am working for the show every day with the same love and passion and I am not going anywhere. I have been a part of this amazing journey for so long. I will continue to be a part of it."

Let us tell you that earlier, while talking about the fight between Dilip Joshi and Asit Modi, a source had said, "Dilip ji got very angry and a heated argument broke out between the two. Dilip ji even grabbed Asit Modi's collar and threatened to leave the show. However, Asit bhai calmed him down. We don't know how to resolve the differences between them." The report further claims that the incident happened in August over a leave request.

Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been aired on Sab TV since July 2008. It is produced by Asit Modi and Asit Kumar Modi. The story is based on the world of Tarak Mehta.
