Vivek Agnihotri Fired Bollywood Lead Actor Due to Manager Issues

Bollywood director-producer Vivek Agnihotri openly expresses his opinion on any issue. He is very active on social media. Apart from films, he is often seen expressing his opinion on every civil, political, and social issue related to the country. Now Vivek Agnihotri has revealed that he fired a big Bollywood actor from his job because of his manager.

Let us tell you that filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri revealed on X that he fired the actor after the incident with his manager last week. He revealed that the manager was 'arrogant' with the filmmaker. Vivek Agnihotri said that the manager was from 'a big celeb star kid talent agency'. However, Vivek decided to keep the identity a secret. Re-posting the statement, Vivek said, "I had to fire a lead actor last week because his manager was very arrogant and was behaving as if he has the privilege to do so because he is an employee of a 'big celebs' star kid talent agency. These middlemen have ruined more careers than made them. Do a workshop and train these kids".

Casting director Mukesh Chhabra had tweeted this

The incident came to light when acclaimed casting director Mukesh Chhabra tweeted on Instagram and lamented the number of people involved in managing an actor. The casting director shared, "Current state of the film industry: One actor, 200 casting directors and 15,680 managers".

Vivek Agnihotri is busy with The Delhi Files

Vivek Agnihotri is very busy with his upcoming film The Delhi Files. Earlier this year, Vivek Agnihotri shared on X, "#TheDelhiFiles going on floors this year as scheduled. Will release next year. No big stars. Only big content." Vivek had revealed that The Delhi Files will be the final installment of the trilogy which includes The Tashkent Files (2019) and The Kashmir Files. Last year, he also announced his next project Parva after The Delhi Files. The film will be based on a Kannada book written by S.L. Bhairappa.

The film The Kashmir Files was released in the year 2022

The Kashmir Files is an Indian Hindi film. It is produced by Abhishek Agarwal starring Mithun Chakraborty and Anupam Kher. It is written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri. Produced by Zee Studios, the film is based on real events based on video interviews with Kashmiri Hindu Pandits who have suffered from the exodus from Kashmir during the Kashmiri insurgency. The film The Kashmir Files was released in theaters on 11 March 2022.
