Luck Does Matter To Some Extent, But In The End, There’s Only One Mantra For Success — Hard Work, Says Vipin Bhardwaj

He was an athlete and has also dabbled in business, but Vipin Bhardwaj’s heart was always into acting. And today, he is happy that he followed his heart. The actor, who is currently part of the web-series, ‘Crackdown’, says, “Acting was always a part of my plan. Since childhood, I would participate in school plays, and even joined theatre later, so that I could polish my craft.” Though his maiden outing is ‘Crackdown’, that’s not the first project he shot for. “I have done a movie called ‘Wanton’, which has been directed by Jamin Bal. It’s a thriller based on drugs and the current situation, and it will release very soon on MX player,” he shares.

Many actors have often said that in this industry, luck plays a major role. While Vipin agrees to it to some extent, he stresses that nothing can replace hard work and talent. He explains, “Of course, luck does matter to some extent, but in the end, there’s only one mantra for success — focus and hard work. As an actor, what will take me far is my sincerity towards the characters I play and my director’s vision; and those are my biggest strengths.” Now that he has fulfilled his dream of becoming an actor, what are the kinds of roles that he would like to play? “There is no specific character that I want to play, but yes, I would love to be part of something that’s based on a real incident. Also, I find playing characters with negative shades extremely challenging,” he signs off.
