Mallika Singh Is Sans Make-Up In Radhakrishn

Writer, Director & producer Siddharth Kumar Tewary recently announced his magnum opus show, Indian television's first mythological love story RadhaKrishn. Siddharth has a reputation of giving a chance to fresh faces in his shows & has given television some powerhouse artists.  While Sumedh who was doing negative roles in Marathi films was chosen as the lead Krishna, debutant Mallika Singh was locked in as the beautiful Radha.  Apparently the petite pretty looking actress seen in the first few promos of the show is adorned with floral jewelry & makes for an ethereal sight, is without any make-up!  It’s the first time in the last decade or so that we will be seeing a lead actress without makeup on screen. Mallika is a pretty looking girl and the makers wanted to maintain Radha's purity and innocence.  Hence, while she's adorned with floral jewelry, there is no lipstick or make up on Radha's face at all.  The makers want the audience to fall in love with Radha's natural beauty and hence for Radha it’s her colorful outfits which will bring to life her personality besides her innocence and purity.  RadhaKrishn will be a painting brought to life & the team has their energies focused on creating magical sequences & give a deep message of love to the audience.
