Manasi Varma Plans An Intimate Birthday This Year

Manasi Varma, who turns a year older this Friday (11^th January 2019), has planned to have a low-key birthday this year. The actor will be celebrating the day with her family and friends. “I want to celebrate my birthday in a simple way. Some of my friends are taking me out during the day for a girls-lunch and in the evening, I am going to celebrate it with my family,” she says.

Ask her what she is planning to gift herself, and she says, “As I am really busy with work, I am planning to gift myself a nice holiday later this year. I am also waiting for the new Samsung S10 to launch next month. I will be gifting myself that as well.”

All birthdays have been special for the actor and there are some that are unforgettable. “My Birthday in 2014, where my friend Munisha Khatwani had planned a really amazing surprise birthday party for me was amazing. She also made a huge collage for me with all our pictures, which I have got framed.

Meanwhile, the actor has no qualms in growing older. “It's just a number for me. I am still 19 in my head!” she laughs.

She adds, “I am completely satisfied with the way my life has turned out. Though there are always times want to keep achieving more and more, I am happy. In that way, you are never satisfied but with age, time and experience you come to know who are the genuine people in your life and who isn’t and how to handle certain situations in life in a much better way.”
