Amar (Mukesh Bharti)comes down to Moradabad for his higher studies. While on his way to college, he meets with an accident and fractures his hand. Anjali (Madalasa Sharma), a girl from the same college comes to his rescue, takes him home, and makes him stay with her parents until he fully recovers from his injury.

Soon, Amar recovers and moves back to his house in Moradabad. Meanwhile, Anjali realizes that she has fallen in love with Amar. Upon professing her love to him, she faces rejection from Amar and is heartbroken. Anjali's dad (Avinash Wadhawan) gets to know about her daughter's feelings for Amar and convinces him to get married to Anjali.

The story takes a turn when Anjali's father finds out that Amar is the son of the same guy who was responsible for his sister’s suicide years ago. The worst thing about the film is that it has a clichéd story and is out dated and reminds you instantly of the staid lackluster love dramas of the 90’s where logic often is the main casualty of the premise. A love story turns into a sad affair when the girl’s parents find out they have a long standing enmity with the boy’s father.

It is quite strange and bizarre to know that the father of the girl does not even ask about who the boy’s father is before agreeing to get her married to the boy. The film has nothing by way of novelty and is a cliched, predictable and outdated right from the first frame till the last. As a director, Parto Gosh lets us down badly. While Mukesh Bharti just about passes the muster with his face which fails to register any emotion, Avinash Wadhawan is good. Madalasa Sharma scores. The highlight of the film is music by Bappi Lahiri. While Neelu Kohli struggles with her dialogue delivery, Usha Bachchani does justice to her role.
