MUMBAI BUSINESSMAN ARRESTED MOLESTING DANGAL GIRL ZAIRA WASIM ON FLIGHT By Team Bollyy 11 Dec 2017 | Updated On 11 Dec 2017 06:54 IST in News & Gossip New Update Follow Us Share On 16 December 2012 when the infamous Nirbhaya gang-rape case shook the entire nation and lead to many changes in the law book for women’s safety. It seems that it did not help much to change the society. One week before the fifth anniversary of the horrifying incident, Dangal girl Zaira Wasim shared a video on Instagram which is enough to prove that nothing has change for women in our country. The 17-year-old Zaira alleged that a middle-aged man seated behind her, moved his foot up and down around her neck and back. The incident took place on board of a Vistara Airlines flight from Delhi to Mumbai. She shared the whole incident on an Instagram Live video. In the video, the actress broke down several times and said that when she was on an Air Vistara flight from Delhi to Mumbai, a co-passenger sitting behind her put up his feet on her armrest. When she objected, the man reportedly claimed that he was resting his feet due to turbulence. According to media reports, the accused was identified as 39-year-old Vikas Sachdeva, a senior executive at an entertainment firm in Mumbai after a complaint had filed against him. He was arrested in Mumbai on Sunday for allegedly molesting a teenage actor on board a flight from Delhi to Mumbai on Saturday night. An FIR filed against Sachdeva under section 354 IPC & POCSO Act in the matter. But Vikas has said in his statement, "he was returning from Delhi after attending a funeral. He was really tired while on the flight as he hadn't slept in a long time. he also apologised to Zaira after finding out that his leg had touched her shoulder and his act was unintentional. Vikas' wife Divya, supported her husband's claim by saying, "My husband was coming home from Delhi. His mamaji (maternal uncle) had passed away and he was not in the right frame of mind. He was feeling very low and asked for a blanket. He wanted to sleep. I am shocked at Zaira's allegation. The police have taken my husband into custody." It should not be difficult for airlines to locate him from seat no. HE SHOULD BE ARRESTED and PUNISHED. #ZairaWasim— iamOnir (@IamOnir) December 10, 2017 When was the last time you aked the man staring shamelessly at a woman to stop? Or a man rubbing his crotch against a girl in a crowded bus/metro/train to stop? Or the men clicking pictures of random girls and flight attendants to stop? 1/2— Ravinder Randhawa (@RaviRandhawa77) December 10, 2017 We are a nation where a rape happened in broad daylight and no one intervened. But we are quick to question the victim and her intentions the moment she raises her voice. So, all you cowards out there. Zaira Wasim is a brave girl, braver than all of you. 2/2— Ravinder Randhawa (@RaviRandhawa77) December 10, 2017 What do you think about this story?
