Mumbai court rejects closure report in rape case against Bhushan Kumar

In B-town celebrities often remain in the headlines for more parties and controversies than their films, last year in July 2021, a rape case was filed against the well-known Producer and MD of T-Series Bhushan Kumar and now recently an update has come out on this matter.

Let us tell you that the court has strongly reprimanded the Mumbai Police on this matter, the reason for which is being told that Mumbai Police was trying to cover up the case on its part but now the court has rejected their closure report.

While rejecting the closure report the court has also said that the Mumbai Police has completely ignored the legal aspects on this matter, Whereas, 'B Summary' report is filed when the police consider a case to be false or when no evidence is found.

After receiving the ' B Summary ' notice, the complainant woman had filed an affidavit before the court saying that she is an actress and she had leveled the allegations against Bhushan Kumar due to some misunderstanding and she is now withdrawing them, on which the court reprimanded her and said that the complainant woman has misused the legal provisions by supporting the B summary report which are for the needy people.
