‘My Karma is my religion, Kab Tak Rokoge?’- Praveen Teotia on Kaun Banega Crorepati 10

What is like to be from a farmer’s family and move to Navy and then fight for a terror attack like 26/11?

It has always been a struggle. My life till now has been a struggle and I still hope that even in the future it is a struggle to serve my country, my nation.

Where will you donate your winning money that you’ve won on KBC?

I will donate my money to the Iron Men and Ultra Men which are present all around the world where I will be applying in the year 2020. I will also use this money to participate in the world’s top marathon and the remaining amount, I will be making a library for children living in my village.

How does it feel to sit right in front of Mr. Bachchan?

It was just amazing. I don’t have words to express the feeling. His presence and is personality is just great. I am thankful to Sony Entertainment Television to bring such a game show where not only the knowledge of any individual increases but also of the jawans watching the show. I am a common man but there are a lot of jawans who have a story filled with struggle and give up after sometime. I only urge these individuals to not give up and always aim to fulfill their target. Mr. Bachchan is a father figure for me and I feel that the amount I have won is only because of his blessing.

What has been your kab tak rokoge moment?

It is not only in my life but there are a lot of people in this world who give up. It is for them to ask ‘Kab Tak Rokoge’. My only response to these individuals is to believe in yourself. Till the time you keep on working hard on yourself and never stop due to any obstacle, you will always progress in life and don’t bother what others are doing.

Any incident you would like to share where you felt you had to push back your obstacles to progress in life?

I wanted to be an Iron Man, there was an incident I would like to share, we rode the cycle for 110 KM uphill and the de-railer broke down when 70KM was yet left to be ridden. That time I twisted my ankle and bruised my knee. Such incident did not stop me from completing my journey. There should be always one reason in your life to move ahead. If we have reached till here, we can go ahead in life. I only feel that my karma is my religion. This will give you a feeling of not doing any corruption or do anything wrong. If you want to take your country ahead then always avoid ‘Excuses’ in life and make that ‘effort’ to take yourself ahead.
