IS NAAGIN SEASON 3 SHIFTING TO OTHER CHANNEL THAN COLORS?

Ekta Kapoor's one of the successful series Naagin season 3 might find a new home. According to the latest buzz, Naagin 3 might be aired on some other channel than Colors.

After the successful run of past two seasons of Naagin, the show is soon going to make a comeback on small screens and this time the show may not be aired on Colors as the previous two seasons. According to the reports in SpotboyE, Naagin 3 will not be aired on Colors channels, but it will instead go on air on Star Plus.

According to a portal, "Naagin is an interesting series and has helped Colors in terms of cementing its position as one of the top channels. However, Star Plus bid higher for the third season and therefore managed to clinch the supernatural show.”

Apparently, Ekta Kapoor wanted the channel to increase the cost of the show since the budget of the third season of the show is comparatively higher as the special effects used in the show added to the total cost, thus making it difficult for Balaji to back the show in that amount of money.

According to a leading daily, "Star is planning to revamp the channel and wants to include a number of fiction shows. Goes without saying, Naagin 3 is a great catch and they bid such a price that it closed doors for Colors.”

Since Mouni Roy will not be a part of the third installment of the show, there are rumors that Karishma Tanna, Anita Hassanandani or Surbhi Jyoti might be the part of this new season of the show. Who will the final cats, only time will tell.
