Rhea Chakraborty's troubles increased by NCB!

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has filed charges against Sushant's alleged girlfriend and actress Rhea Chakraborty, his brother Showik Chakraborty and others in a special court in Mumbai in the drugs case that came to light almost two years after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. However, the court is yet to frame charges against Rhea.

Hearing will be held on July 12

During the hearing of the case, the court has said that until the discharge application is decided, the charges cannot be framed. During the action on 22 June, Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Shovik Chakraborty were present in the court.

Special Judge VG Raghuvanshi will now hear the matter on July 12. Special Public Prosecutor Atul Sarpande has said in a statement to news agency ANI that charges have been framed against all the accused in the chargesheet.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in the house

Let us tell you that Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his flat in Mumbai on 14 June 2020. The CBI is investigating this matter on the orders of the Supreme Court, but the investigating agency has not yet reached any conclusion. The angle of drugs also came to the fore in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput's death.

Rhea Chakraborty was in jail for 1 month

Rhea Chakraborty was arrested in this case in September 2020. About a month after his arrest, he was granted bail by the Bombay High Court. Apart from Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Shovik Chakraborty and several others have also been presented as accused in the case of alleged drug abuse, possession and financing. Most of them are out on bail.
