NCB has claimed this about Actress Rhea Chakraborty

Sushant Singh Rajput's alleged girlfriend and actress Rhea Chakraborty's troubles are not stopping. NCB has claimed in the draft of the charges filed in the case related to Sushant's death that Rhea Chakraborty had bought "ganja" several times from other accused including her brother Showik Chakraborty and gave it to Sushant Singh.

Let us inform you that NCB had recently filed a draft charge against 35 accused in the NDPS Court in connection with the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, which was heard on July 12.

In the hearing, NCB also revealed that all the accused including Rhea, Showik and others had hatched a criminal conspiracy from March 2020 to December 2020, so that they can deal in drugs with "Bollywood and High Society".

NCB also claimed during the hearing, the accused not only funded the smuggling of drugs inside Mumbai but also used drugs like ganja, charas and cocaine. All of them have been booked under sections 27 and 27A (illegal trafficking and harboring criminals), 28 (attempt to commit offence) and 29 (abetment to criminal conspiracy) of the NDPS Act.

NCB has also disclosed in its charge draft that "Riya took ganja several times from other people along with Showik Chakraborty, Dipesh Sawant. After taking delivery of ganja, Riya used to hand it over to Sushant Singh. She has also paid for delivery of ganja during March 2020 to September 2020".

Special Judge VG Raghuvanshi, who heard the cases related to the NDPS Act, has fixed July 27 for hearing the matter. Let us tell you that Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his flat in Mumbai on 14 June 2020. On the orders of the Supreme Court, the CBI is investigating this matter but the investigating agency has not yet reached any conclusion.
