NEHA DHUPIA IS READY TO FACE THE CAMERA WITH KAJOL

It was 15 years ago that Neha Dhupia faced the camera for the first time for Pradeep Sarkar. Now she will reunite with the director for a film called Eela in which Kajol will play the lead role. The movie is produced by Ajay Devgn, who was the first co-star of the actress in Qayamat which was her Bollywood Debut.

In an interview, Neha while smiling said; “Yes, life has come a full circle. There is so much in common with the producer and director for me; this movie is going to bring back a lot of memories”. She recalls, “I was really young, a Delhi-based model, when I got a call from Sarkar for the video. He had come to the capital and I met him at Noida. He saw me and said ‘chalo ho gaya’. That was the first time I sat in a plane.” Now, when she got a call from him for the film, she was more than excited. “I play an interesting part, that of a woman, Padma, who runs a drama school. Sarkar is a perfectionist, he knows what he wants and pays the minutest attention to details. My look is very interesting, which will be revealed later.”

She also talked about her producer-cum-friend Ajay that she has been in touch with him after her debut. She said; “I would like to thank him for thinking about me for his production." On the other hand, she talked about how she has just interacted with Kajol at events. She said; “She seems like an amazing person and I have always been her fan. Her acting is so effortless. I am prepared and nervous to face the camera with her”.

Neha will start shooting for the film from February 19.
