Neil Nitin Mukesh is making a comeback with the upcoming show 'Glam Fame'. ‘Glam Fame’ is a reality show for models, in which Neil Nazar will be seen as a judge along with Sunny Leone and Esha Deol.
You have entertained the fans with your acting, but now you are seen in a different style, what would you like to say about it?
I'm excited, I'm nervous. Whenever we start something new, we start feeling butterflies in the stomach. I am very happy that a platform is coming back, our talented youth are going to get a platform where they can showcase their talent.
You are quite fit, so can you answer some fitness-related questions for your fans?
Sure.
Are you one of those people who can eat anything and get away with it?
Not at all, I follow a very strict diet. Right now I am following a very strict gluten-free diet. I think everything should be within limits for me.
When do you take your last meal of the day?
My last meal is done before eight o'clock.
Are you a night person or an early person?
I am an early riser, now my profession is such that I have to hang out at night only, but I try to wake up in the morning.
What is your favorite meal of the day?
I think my favorite food is my breakfast. Because it is the first meal of the day, and also the heaviest meal, and it includes all my favorite things. I have dates, almonds, fruits, figs, all this for breakfast, and this is my happy meal. And the rest of the day I eat home-cooked food.
What is your favorite cuisine?
Italian
According to you, what is the best time to work out?
Initially, I used to work out in the evening, because I used to feel very lazy and tired after the workout, because my workout was heavy, at that time I used to prefer working out at six in the evening, but now my workout is complete. Has shifted since morning itself.
Is there anything that you do not include in your diet at all?
Right now I don't eat anything with gluten. I have been a non-vegetarian since childhood, so I am careful about what I eat.
What is your favorite street food?
Fish, I don't eat anything else.
Would you like to give any diet or food-related advice to the fans?
If everything is done within limits then it is correct. I think we all are very fond of sweets, especially me. I don't think there is a day when I don't have a craving for sweets. But I keep in mind what sweets I am eating, how much sweets I am eating, and at what time I am eating sweets. Even if you have a lot of cravings, eat something natural, like jaggery, dates, or raisins. Many people ask me about sweets, and my mouth is watering while talking about sweets, now I will go and find a jalebi for myself.
