Blake Lively A Breastfeeding Advocate Applauded by Neha Dhupia

Neha Dhupia, a strong vocal supporter of cracking down the breastfeeding divide, has openly praised the Hollywood actress Blake Lively, through her recent social media post, at Disneyland Paris, where the Hollywood actress publicly showed herself pumping out breast milk. Blake Lively's action matches the line with Neha's campaign for Freedom to BreastFeed, which aims to get rid of the barriers and the challenges that nursing mothers face when it comes to breastfeeding openly in public.

The 'Freedom to Feed' campaign which was

Launched by Neha Dhupia, firmly strives to advocate women's right to breastfeed, without any judgmental comments and opinions unquestioningly. This movement challenges the social norms and seeks legal protection to ensure that all mothers can breastfeed comfortably, anywhere, and anytime, without any mental hesitation or dilemma,  fostering an empowering and confident environment.

The unapologetic portrayal of Blake Lively,  pumping breast milk on a public stage, aligns with the essence of the Freedom to Feed initiative seamlessly. Both examples emphasize the importance of breaking the social taboos around mothers and breastfeeding their children which are making important contributions to the ongoing talks about supporting and empowering mothers in their child-raising and breastfeeding journey.

Talking about this issue, Neha said, “Raising a child is a remarkable and beautiful natural journey, that every mother embarks on. Actress Blake's recent act, of openly pumping out breast milk at Disneyland Paris was not just a light and fleeting moment captured, It is a very bold statement, which is a challenging social norm. I very much applaud Blake, for candidly portraying the reality of motherhood. Her boldness and courage align with the spirit of our **Freedom to Feed campaign**, where we all are striving to create a world, where every mother feels comfortable, empowered, accepted, and supported in their motherhood breastfeeding journey. It is not about just, breastfeeding, but It is also actually about fostering an environment of society and breaking taboos, to ensure, that every mother has the freedom to Feed and nurture her child, wherever and whenever she wants, without any criticism. "Together, we can change the narrative, on any and every controversy about this issue, and I'm grateful to individuals like Blake, who contributed to this important conversation about normalizing breastfeeding in public."

Neha Dhupia, a mother who takes complete care of her children, has also started a campaign on the adverse effects of e-cigarettes on children's health. She has teamed up with the 'Mothers Against Vaping' to prevent children from using e-cigarettes. She says, "We mothers, need to join hands together in this matter and speak against 'vaping' as it is harmful for our children. Let's work together for their safety."

Even though e-cigarettes are banned in India, companies from other countries are trying to make the children here, addicted to it. Celebrities like Deepa Malik and Bhavana Barmi support the campaign against vaping. These e-devices, with fun designs and flavors like strawberry or bubble gum, are attractive to children. Being tech-savvy, youth easily get attracted to new gadgets, which puts them at risk of getting addicted to harmful things like cocaine and heroin.

'Mothers Against Vaping' wants to guide our children with good values and keep them away from bad things. Neha Dhupia's support will help spread the word about how dangerous vaping is for children. Let us all come together to ensure that our children remain safe. Vaping means using electronic cigarettes or similar devices that turn a liquid into a vapor, which people inhale through the mouth or nose.
