Yes, I am the same person. I belong to the family of eating and drinking.

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

For breakfast, I have two boiled eggs, a fresh orange juice, melon, soaked almonds, and a multi-grain toast. This is my everyday breakfast. In the afternoon, I eat normal dal, rice, and vegetables, or rajma, rice, or curry and rice, all this. For dinner, I eat grilled chicken with lots of vegetables. This is what I eat every day. I am not very picky about food. It is enough for me if my stomach is filled after eating food.

What time do you eat your last meal of the day?

Because of the shoot, sometimes it takes 12 or even 1 o'clock in the night to have dinner.

Are you an early riser or a night owl?

Although I am a night owl, it is better to wake up early in the morning. During the lockdown, I used to wake up at 4 in the morning, just like Akshay Kumar. And its result is visible on your body. People who wake up in the morning are doing very well. Whenever I want to do body transformation, I follow the routine of getting up in the morning. And then I take my last meal between 7 o'clock and 7:30. I do this once a year whenever I feel like it.

What is your favorite meal of the day?

I think my favorite meal is my dinner.

What is your favorite cuisine?

I am from Delhi, so I love to eat Mughlai Butter Chicken.

According to you, what is the best time to work out?

Day time

Is there anything you don't eat at all?

Well, I eat everything. I have been avoiding milk for some time now. I have declared you lactose intolerant, but I don't even know what that means. Earlier I used to drink two big mugs of cold coffee a day, but I noticed that milk makes me feel uncomfortable, and hence I started avoiding it.

Have you made any changes in your lifestyle in the last few years?

I haven't made any such changes but I have added football to my workout regimen. So now football for me is like gym used to be. I play football at least four times a week.

What is your favorite healthy munching?

I like makhana very much.

What do you like to eat on your cheat days?

Every day is my cheat day. I am always eating. I eat whatever I feel like. By the way, my cheat meals are not cheat drinks.

If you had to give any tips to your fans, what would you like to say?

I would say that if you are burning more calories than you are consuming then you will always remain fit. I lived in a hostel, so there was a routine of getting up at four in the morning. And maybe that's why I eat something and remain thin. I am probably one of those few beloved children of God.
