Now that the activities for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 are in full swing, candidates from every field have become active in their campaigning. Madhuri Dixit nowadays lives in Mumbai with her family. Her husband Dr. Shriram Nene and children want to stay in Mumbai only. At a time when her career was in decline, working in politics was a good option for her. Madhuri Dixit and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Dada Pawar were seen close during the India-New Zealand World Cup semi-final cricket match last November. Seeing the talks between them, the news that Madhuri was going to contest the elections had become headlines. Her constituency was also declared as Mumbai North West. There was news that Madhuri Dixit is a fan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and she had also accepted the offer of BJP-supported Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) to contest the elections. But, what happened in the meantime was that Mrs. Nene said no to join politics. People are surprised by this.

Madhuri Dixit's Political Dilemma

The reason for the filtered news now coming about Madhuri not contesting the election race is that she has fallen into the trap of two Shiv Sena. One Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) has links with PM Modi's BJP, which it likes. And secondly, she has an emotional relationship with Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction). Balasaheb Thackeray has always had affection for Madhuri Dixit. She used to visit Matushree Bungalow on special occasions and used to call Uddhav's mother Tai. Shiv Sena (Uddhav) has fielded its candidate from Mumbai North West, if Madhuri contests the elections, she will have to face opposition from Matushree.

Well, no matter where Madhuri Dixit stands, her fans are immense and she can reach the position of winning elections from everywhere except a few seats, she can fight everywhere. But, she does not think of keeping herself away from Mumbai and Maharashtra. That is why she advises her doctor husband, who is stable in America, to stay and work in Mumbai only.

Madhuri, who recently attended the inauguration of a store at Nigdi in Pimpri-Chinchwad near Pune, said that she has been drawn into the election news. She is interested in medical supplies, medical equipment, and Pharma work and wants to keep herself involved in those activities. She wants to stay away from political activities, especially elections. Therefore, it has been Madhuri Dixit's own decision that she wants to keep herself away from contesting the Lok Sabha elections. The situation is that every party wants to make her their candidate because people see victory in Madhuri.
