Nitin Desai had worked with many experienced producers

In his career spanning 20 years, Nitin Desai worked with veteran filmmakers such as Ashutosh Gowariker, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Rajkumar Hirani and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He was the brain behind the sets of iconic Bollywood films such as 1942: A Love Story, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999), Devdas (2002) and Once Upon a Time in Mumbai (2010). His last as an art director was 'Panipat' directed by businessman Ashutosh Gowariker, which was released in 2019.
