New Update
On World Environment Day

World Environment Day is a global event that commemorates every year on June 5th to promote awareness about environmental protection. The idea of celebrating World Environment Day is to spread the word about how there is socio-environmental conflict such as global warming, marine life, and sustainable consumption of resources, which needs to be addressed and acknowledged. On this World Environment Day, Zee TV actors like Baseer Ali a.k.a. Shaurya from Kundali Bhagya, Aishwarya Khare a.k.a. Lakshmi from Bhagya Lakshmi, Aditi Sharma a.k.a Dua from Rabb Se Hai Dua, and Kirti Nagpure a.k.a. Tulsi from Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, shared their views on protecting the environment, as well as the importance of the same.

Baseer Ali a.k.a. Shaurya from Zee TV's Kundali Bhagya

Baseer Ali who essays the role of Shaurya in Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya mentioned,

“World Environment Day is every day, we cannot be caring about our environment and nature for one day and expect everything to be all good. Charity begins at home, hence we should consciously use our electricity, gas usage, water, and even our vehicles. If we won’t take care of these small things in our way of life, the bigger impact won’t happen. That is why, on this World Environment Day, I would like to request every citizen to do their bit, something as basic as keeping wet and dry garbage separate, saying no to plastic, and using public transport as much as possible. Don’t waste what we have, while we have it before it’s too late. Take care of your nature and it will take care of you.”

Aishwarya Khare a.k.a. Lakshmi from Zee TV's Bhagya Lakshmi (1)

Aishwarya Khare who essays the role of Lakshmi in Zee TV’s Bhagya Lakshmi mentioned,

“As an actor, I am privileged to have a platform that allows me to raise awareness and inspire change in everyone’s life. I try to reduce plastic use and have substituted it for safer and environment-friendly materials that do not harm nature. If every individual takes even small steps to do their bit, we can go a long way in protecting nature and all living beings who reside alongside us on this planet. Despite all the efforts, I feel there is also a lack of awareness towards recycling and switching to more sustainable items regularly. Let us use this day as a reminder to take action, to reduce our carbon footprint, and to embrace sustainable practices to protect our nature.”

Aditi Sharma a.k.a. Dua from Zee TV's Rabb Se Hai Dua

Aditi Sharma, who essays the role of Dua in Zee TV’s Rabb Se Hai Dua mentioned,

World Environment Day is celebrated to preserve the remarkable planet that has given us life, beauty, and endless wonders. As an actor, the power of storytelling has made me acutely aware of the urgent need to protect and preserve the delicate balance of nature for future generations. I believe each and every one of us has a role to play in safeguarding our environment. It starts with small actions in our daily lives, like reducing our carbon footprint, conserving water, embracing renewable energy, and following sustainable practices. Today, on World Environment Day, let us pledge to be responsible citizens of Earth. Let us commit to preserving the beauty and nature that surrounds us. Let us remember that our actions today will determine the legacy we leave for future generations.”

Kirti Nagpure a.k.a. Damini from Zee TV's Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan

Kirti Nagpure who essays the role of Tulsi in Zee TV’s Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan mentioned,

“There is no life without nature and environment, nor for humans, nor animals.  It plays a very important role in everyone’s life and we should do everything in our power to keep it safe and sound. Also, I believe, there is no particular day that can be dedicated to the environment, we all should keep it clean and focus on living a sustainable life every day. In fact, I am ensuring that unless it is absolutely necessary or no substitute I don’t use things like life plastic, that is so harmful for us and nature. Unlike animals we have the power to think, and do better for the world by our actions, hence I would like to request everyone to please use this privilege wisely and do the best you can for the environment’s safety.”
