Munawar Faruqui Reclaims His Throne as Arif in the Explosive Teaser of First Copy Season 2

After a breakout debut that captivated millions, First Copy is all set to return with its highly anticipated Season 2 on Amazon MX Player. The first season, headlined by Munawar Faruqui, was praised for its gripping portrayal of Mumbai in the 90s and the stronghold of film piracy. Building on that success, the platform has now released the much-awaited teaser for Season 2, reigniting Arif’s story with new conflicts, and a world far more dangerous than before. The teaser also announces the First Copy S2 trailer will launch on 29th Oct.

The teaser captures a world where ambition and betrayal collide with Munawar Faruqui reprising his role as Arif, once a kingpin of piracy, now a man at war with his past, surrounded by those who want to bring him down. Season 2 promises new twists, higher stakes, as Arif takes on new challenges. As old alliances crumble and new enemies rise, the teaser leaves behind one burning question: will Arif reclaim his empire, or become a victim of his own making? The series features Munawar Faruqui, Krystle D’Souza, Gulshan Grover, Saqib Ayub, Ashi Singh, Meiyang Chang, Inam Ul Haq, and Raza Murad, joining the ensemble cast would be Nawab Shah.
